Bridging Digital & Physical
My work spans digital interfaces, physical touchpoints, and service journeys. I focus on how people actually make decisions under real constraints such as uncertainty, limited time, and trust. I use research to identify the most important barrier, then apply systems thinking to design the end to end flow.
Shaping Decision Moments
I focus on how people move from hesitation to action, especially under pressure or uncertainty. Whether designing a gesture-based installation or a scheduling flow, I care about feedback, clarity, and behavioral impact.
Designing Within Constraints
I focus on how people move from hesitation to action, especially under pressure or uncertainty. Whether designing a gesture-based installation or a scheduling flow, I care about feedback, clarity, and behavioral impact.
Extends Beyond Screens
I design for emotional states, environmental context, and timing. From a farmer’s market screening journey to an AI-powered factory dashboard, I consider how touchpoints connect over time and outside of the screen.
Think In Systems
I map stakeholders, incentives, and operational flows. I am interested in how digital, physical, and human layers coordinate to produce trust and reliability.
Test Assumptions
I build to test assumptions early, whether through code, electronics, spatial models, or interactive simulations. Prototyping allows me to uncover constraints in reality that theory alone cannot reveal.
